What is the minimum commitment?
There is no contractual minimum. We recommend six months because AI and search discovery compounds through repeated evidence refreshes.
Do I need a PMS?
No for Free and Professional. Enterprise, when activated, can integrate Beds24 and SiteMinder when connected, with more booking engines on the roadmap. We do not imply live integration for engines that are not enabled.
Can I publish .well-known/direct-booking.json on my own domain?
Yes. Professional includes a template, and Enterprise includes hands-on rollout support for owner-domain publication.
What if my evidence does not pass the gate?
You receive clear next steps. If we cannot verify identity at all, the KYC fee is refundable within the policy window.
Will Trippchain’s AI learn my property?
Yes, inside Trippchain when the paid tier is activated. Professional is designed to include up to 20,000 owner-provided characters for the subscribed property; Enterprise is designed to include up to 100,000. This trains Trippchain’s own AI knowledge layer — it does not mean we can directly train external engines such as ChatGPT.
